Edward F. O’Donnell, Jr. (“Bud”) is a founding shareholder of Siegel, O’Connor, O’Donnell & Beck, P.C. He was selected for inclusion in the 22nd edition of Best Lawyers in America in the practice areas of: Employment Law - Management, Labor Law – Management and Litigation – Labor and Employment and has also been selected as one of Connecticut’s and New England’s Super Lawyers. Bud represents employers exclusively in all areas of employment and labor law. He has extensive experience in federal and state courts and administration agencies including EEO, CHRO and wage and hour division of the State and Federal Department of Labor. Similarly, he has represented employers in all discrimination and sexual harassment cases. He has been first chair in negotiating hundreds of collective bargaining agreements in the public and private sectors, including those which resulted in substantial wage and benefit reductions. He regularly counsels clients through strikes and lockouts.
